SA¹⁰ was founded by Shandra Crayton-Artis, MBA, whose background in healthcare operations and community service shapes her approach to solving operational problems.

She understands the responsibility of leading teams, managing limited resources, and maintaining quality while meeting everyday demands. She brings that experience to small organizations seeking thoughtful, accessible support.
